Who We Are

We are a team of professional interculturalists whose rich expertise has been woven on the warp of generous hearts in extraordinary places around the world with the woof of our own trials and triumphs, all on the sturdy loom of God's grace.

Because We know you can!

Our passion is to use our collective intercultural successes (and mistakes!) to help you thrive: to mature in your awareness, to cultivate resiliency, to apply yourself to excellence while simultaneously contributing toward healing in our world through understanding and honoring host people and loving them in the name of Christ.

“Studio helped fill in gaps and break down barriers I didn’t know I had. It stretched me, molded me, and gave me a safe place to make mistakes.”

Extraordinary Experiences

"This is real world experience done in a training environment where we apply what we learn..."

"The experience of the trainers provides invaluable insight and perspective to go along with the content of the instruction."

"We are so thankful that the staff here, who have done their time, and lived through more joy and pain than we know, but choose to not go into retirement or their deserved rewards, or wallow in their experiences, but they choose to give back, to give again, and to equip and train the next generation to be humble and hungry."

Our Core Values

Studio participants are required to live in immigrant neighborhoods where they can apply the principles and practices learned in the classroom. We will also connect you with volunteer opportunities where you can help meet practical needs such as English learning, medical care, transportation, and kids’ adjustment.

"Incredible, experienced trainers walk in love, vulnerability, and commitment alongside you as you figure out how to navigate the realities and challenges of overseas life. Basically you're put in the kiln, and you're exposed and refined, and you learn to grow in ways you probably wouldn't have otherwise... Teaches you true resiliency, resiliency in loving the person in front of you in humility despite differences in cultural values and fatigue over perpetually being someone who is ultimately from outside their culture."
